MinEnergi2 climate report
Automated climate report
Function areas
MinEnergi2 offers a range of benefits. But we are particularly proud of the climate effect.
There are all kinds of good reasons to save energy, but our favourite is probably consideration for the climate. Digital Energy Management via MinEnergi2 provides insight into your carbon data and features a climate report module as well.
MinEnergi2
Climate report
When you invest in MinEnergi2 to run your daily energy management processes, you simultaneously gain access to a special climate report function.
Energy and consumption data are entered automatically and displayed in hard cash, kWh/m3 and units of CO2. The data are also divided across Scopes 1, 2 and 3 as stipulated in the GHG protocol.
Additional Scope 3 activities can be registered manually, enabling you to add external data to your climate report in MinEnergi2.

Function areas
Climate report in a single click. Arguably the easiest way to generate your green accounts.
Achieving green objectives starts with collecting data and gaining insight into your energy consumption and carbon emissions. Our MinEnergi2 solution handles the data collection processes associated with your green accounts. You receive accurate data on your carbon emissions, documented in an automated climate report for your reporting requirements – directly from the system.
Analysis levels
Climate data are displayed in the same way as in the overview in MinEnergi2. This makes it possible to generate a climate report for your company as a whole, or for underlying levels. For example, you can zoom in on selected buildings or groups.
For each individual building, it is possible to check the related emissions and, at the same time, to apply unique emission factors right down to building level. This, in turn, makes it possible to utilise correct emission factors from each of your supply types, and ensures that your climate report presents a more accurate image of precisely your company.
Documentation for your CSRD compliance
As from 2024, certain companies will be required to report their sustainability parameters (CSRD) on equal terms with their financial parameters. This will have an impact on a great many companies, and not just those directly subject to the new requirements. Numerous companies that are not yet required to report these parameters have customers that request sustainability information from their suppliers in order to fulfil their own CSRD requirements.
The climate report module keeps track of your company’s carbon emissions and ensures that the calculations are performed according to a recognised method (the GHG protocol).
Complies with the GHG protocol
The climate report is generated automatically in accordance with the GHG protocol, drawing directly on the company’s/the building’s actual energy consumption. In this way, it is possible to map and display the company’s/the building’s overall climate impact from its energy consumption.
Energy and consumption data are entered automatically and displayed in hard cash, kWh, tCO2 and tCO2/m2. The data are also divided across Scopes 1, 2 and 3 as stipulated in the GHG protocol. Other climate-related activities can be registered manually, allowing you to add external data to the climate report in MinEnergi2.
Other meter types, such as waste and fuel
If your company has chosen to use other meter types – waste or fuel meters, for example – the consumption these meters register is likewise included in the climate report, in line with the scopes in which the selected meter type is included.
Manual registration of climate-related activities
If your company is involved in climate-related activities other than those featured in the system as standard – and if you want to track these, too – you can enter the data into the system and track them year on year. In this way, all your climate-related data can be collected in a single system, which naturally facilitates your annual follow-up.
